What you’ll get

  • What happens when I go for a treatment?

A full medical history will be requested on your first treatment, and you will be asked to sign a consent form for treatment. This information will be kept confidential. Reflexology is a very easy therapy to receive; depending on the type of reflexology, the most clothing that will have to be removed for a treatment to take place will be your socks and shoes.

  • I have a medical condition, can I have a treatment?

If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies. Some medical conditions are restricted from receiving a treatment, and some may require a GP note of approval before going ahead. If you are unsure please give me a quick call to discuss.

  • Do you provide mobile treatments in my own home / holiday let?

I am able to provide treatments not only from my private treatment room in Kemble, but am also able to visit you in your home or holiday let. Do please contact me using the contact page, and I can discuss this further with you

  • Do you accept card payments?

    Yes

  • Can I buy a gift voucher for a friend or loved one?

Absolutely! It will come in a customised gift box, decorated in ribbon

  • How will I feel after a reflexology treatment?

It is useful to give feedback to the reflexologist as this may show the response of your body to treatment. This in turn might help the reflexologist to tailor a treatment plan specific to your needs. After one or two treatments your body may respond in a very noticeable way. Most people note a sense of well-being and relaxation; however, sometimes people report feeling lethargic, nauseous or tearful, but this is usually transitory and reflexologists believe that it is part of the healing process.
